Abundant Life is a program held on the second Thursday of each month at 11 AM.
Our travel ministry is mostly day trips, with a few over-night trips. Trips have included: Pearl District Shopping / Highland Lakes 55+ Conference / Rockbox Theater in Fredericksburg / Museum of the West in Kerrville / Round Rock Express baseball games
Fitness and Recreation activities we offer: Exercise / Target Shooting / Kayaking / Hiking.
Life Skills that we have learned and are willing to share are:
Smart Phone course / Pottery Demonstration / An Evening with the Game Warden / Texas Snakes / What should be in your “Bug Out” bag
We currently have a number of Legacy members reading to elementary students in the public school system.
Hobbies and Interests that have been shared in classes include: Wreath making / Holiday Cooking / Gardening / Quilting / Greeting Card-making
Service Projects we can do are: Home Maintenance for those in need / Texas Ramps Project (building wheelchair ramps in homes) / Light maintenance at the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center.
