March 19 – Explain charge, timeline, sub-committees
April 2 – Talk in detail about the vision and announce sub-committees
April 16 – Sub-committees work to set timelines and tasks with help from staff liaisons
April 30 – Group discussions about current vision and new vision casting
May 7 – Sub-committees start putting together findings for upcoming presentation
May 28 June 12 @ 6pm  – Sub-committees present their findings to DVT
June 18 June 25 @ 5pm – Final Meeting with Ross sharing what he will share with the church, fine-tuning
