Missions Month

Sunday, November 8

We kick off The Mission Life Missions Month by asking you to bring a new or slightly used coat to donate and help those in need in our community.  These coats will be given to children and adults.  We will have boxes for the different sizes of coats for you to place as you come that Sunday.  We will be collecting these all week.  We will also learn of our church planters across the country and how God is using them to reach many with the Gospel.

Sunday, November 15

This Sunday we will be recognizing our area First Responders that morning. This will be a special time as we celebrate and bless those that serve us in the community. Look for some of our community’s First Responder vehicles in the parking Lot.

We will also be asking you to bring canned goods for our Food Pantry that helps many in need throughout the year and will have special food baskets for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Items include canned vegetables, boxed mac & cheese, peanut butter, dried pinto beans (1 or 2 pound size), rice (1 or 2 pound size) , and canned soup/chili.

Sunday, November 22

We will be focusing on our missionary partners in Honduras and around the world this Sunday. We will be challenged to see how we can care for them and come alongside their ministries around the world. Where is God calling you to go on This Mission Life?

We will be collecting new socks and underwear for our Crisis Center. These items will help in tremendous ways.

Sunday, November 29

We are challenged to be a part of God’s work here in our community and around the world. God has called each of us to Go and share the message of Christ that changes lives. Whether you feel called to minister in our community or travel around the world, this Sunday you can sign up to be a part of God’s ministries.
